A three part question. What driver, was the winner of the last Mod Tour race held at the Oswego Speedway? What year was this last race held? And what was the signifigance of this last race held?

You got the year RMF 1989, and the signifigance as well because it was the last Bud 200 portion of the famed Oswego Classic weekend that the Mod Tour participated in. Now how about the winning driver anyone? A hint: He is still a full time driver on the Mod Tour and has had quite a bit of sucess over the years.
