PASS Announces 2006 Schedule
(Naples, ME – December 29, 2005) Tom Mayberry, President of PASS Racing, Inc announced today that the PASS Super Late Model/Pro Stock Series will run a 16-race schedule in 2006.
The season will open on Saturday April 29th at Oxford Plains Speedway, Oxford, ME with 150 green-flag laps of action. Then it’s Sunday afternoon May 7th at Speedway 95, Bangor, ME, followed by Saturday May 27th on the “Awesome Asphalt” At Canaan Fair Speedway, Canaan, NH.
On Sunday afternoon June 4th, it’s Riverside Speedway, Groveton, NH, and then on June 17th PASS is at Unity Raceway, Unity, ME for 150 laps, followed by a trip to Halifax, NS on the 24th for the Forbes Chev-Olds 200 at Scotia Speedworld.
On Saturday night July 1st, it’s back to Oxford Plains Speedway for the kickoff of the big Fourth of July Weekend at the Oxford, ME 3/8-mile oval.
On Wednesday night July 12th, PASS returns to Thompson International Speedway, E. Thompson, CT for a 75-lap Shootout on NEXTEL Cup Drivers Night. And then on Saturday night July 15th, it’s the first of the traditional visits on Loudon weekends to White Mountain Motorsports Park, N. Woodstock, NH for the DJ Equipment 150. On Saturday July 22nd, it’s the second visit at Speedway 95, Bangor, ME, followed by the off weekend of the 29th-30th for the non-points Oxford 250.
On Friday and Saturday August 11th and 12th, it’s the Atlantic CAT 250 at Scotia Speedworld, Halifax, NS, followed by the first of two visits to Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, Scarborough, ME on Sunday August 20th for 150 laps of action.
On Sunday afternoon September 3rd, PASS returns to Autodrome Montmagny, St. Pierre-Montmagny, PQ for 250 laps of action on the new quarter mile on Labor Day Weekend. On Saturday night September 16th, it’s the second visit to White Mountain Motorsports Park, N. Woodstock, NH for 150 laps on Loudon weekend.
After the success of the 2005 show, both Tom Mayberry and Andy Cusack wanted to do it again, so, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday September 22nd – 24th, it’s the 2nd Annual PASS 400 Weekend at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, Scarborough, ME with some additions and enhancements to make the 2006 event even better than last year.
And then it’s Championship Night at Star Speedway, Epping, NH on Saturday night October 7th.
