The following press release is from PASS Racing, Inc.

PASS To Sanction and Manage Asphalt Track at Canaan Fair Speedway

(Naples, ME – March 11, 2006) – PASS Racing Inc. of Naples, ME has been notified by New England Race Track Investors, LLC of Portsmouth, NH that they have entered into an agreement to lease the asphalt track at Canaan Fair Speedway effective Monday March 13, 2006 and that they will indeed require the services of PASS Racing, Inc to sanction and manage the racing at the asphalt track at Canaan in 2006.

However, after months of back and forth, they have not been able to come to an agreement with the owners of Canaan Fair Speedway for the dirt track. Therefore, they will not require the services of PASS Racing, Inc to sanction and manage the dirt racing at Canaan in 2006.The response to the PASS offices on the part of dirt track competitors was outstanding. There were 18 sprint cars that expressed interest in running with PASS on the Canaan dirt along with a strong contingent of cars in the other divisions. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm was premature. For all information on the future of the Canaan Fair Speedway dirt track please contact C. V. Elms and April May Preston.

We have also been informed by New England Race Track Investors, LLC that we should tell all competitors who have sent checks for car registrations, licenses, etc for the dirt track that none of your checks have been deposited since they were waiting for the final agreement for the dirt track to be completed. They will be returned to you within the next week.

On a more positive and exciting note, all registrations, licenses, and pit parking reservations for the asphalt track will now be processed, and all of us at PASS are excited that we will go racing on the awesome asphalt in 2006, especially with the PASS Outlaw Late Model Series.
