Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
The rumors have been confirmed . Chuck Hossfeld will be the new driver of the HillBilly Racing #79 on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour . Hossfeld will replace Mike Christopher , who had a one year stint with the team replacing Eddie Flemke Jr. for the 2005 season .

The question now is will Mike Christopher be able to find a ride . Most of the top teams already have drivers . A combination I think could work would be Mike in the Bear Motorsports #14.

MC, is supposedly running his SK full time at Stafford next season. Hossfeld and the #79 sounds good on paper but, so didn't Hossfeld and the #50. I guess only time will tell, what does everyone else think?
If Chuck and David Hill can find the right combination I think they will be very sucessfull . The #79 is top notch equipment . Although the #50 car was a good car also , and the results were not there . It is all about chemistry , and hopefuly chuck and the Hillbilly team can find it .
