Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
Potter is #1 with something like 105 or something but a couple of those are with the old Bomber division in the '60s. That's in the Open Wheels divs.
And I would believe Jerry has more than Jeff.
Moose Hewitt ran for years and won a bunch.
Newt Palm, Don Collins, Charlie Webster all won their share back in the days but I am not sure how many were Mods and how many were Bombers and Non-Fords class's.
Sid, I am pretty sure is talkin SK Mods Spd, 1986 (I believe was when the Bowl went the way of the SK type Mod) to present. I've read Potter is the all time winner in all types of Modifieds with 97 wins, then when an SK Mod was just a twinkle in Jack Arutes eye, Don Collins with 94 wins, Charlie Webster with 73 wins, and Ted Stack with 70 wins.
Spd - this is only SK. 1985 - present. All the guys you mentioned for the mods, at least from what I read, are near the top for the Mods though...
OW, you did pretty good. You got 9 outta the 10. Here's how they rank
1. (47) Dennis Gada
2. (33) Ted Christopher
3. (29) Bob Potter (remember SK only)
4. (21) Jimmy Broderick
5. (18) Jeff Pearl (chillin')
6. (17) Ron Yuhas Jr (da house)
7. (16) Tucker Reynolds, Jr
7. (16) Todd Ceravolo
9. (15) Eric Berndt
9.
Bert Marvin has 9 SK wins and is tied for 16th all-time
Anyone got the last one. As you can see he has 15 tied with Eric Berndt. And he can only go down the list because I believe he is retired for good these days.
BTW, Jerry probably has more overall wins than Jeff at the 'bowl, but not in the SK's (Jerry ranks 14th with 11 SK wins). Moose Hewitt only had a few SK wins (3 or 4 - I wrote the top 20 down, and he's not on there).
With the way Dennis was rattlin' off wins in his 5-year run, and TC coming to win a race a year it seemed, they probably were neck and neck chasing Potter around 1999-2000. Of course, the 'bowl missed the oppurtunity to promote that - but hopefully that'll change soon. Jeff and Ronnie have a good chance to pass Jimmy B next year for 4th.
