Lee, NH The American Canadian Tour issued a post race penalty following post race inspection after the Lee USA Speedway season opener. Apparent runner-up Brad Babb of Windham, ME was penalized seven positions to drop him to ninth as the last car on the lead lap. The #4ME car was found to have a single unregistered tire on the car.
