I looked at the picture again and I am pretty certain the car is a former Rob Fuller #71 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour entry. That would explain the Whelen sticker. Still it would be nice to see Patrick on Tour.

I believe Emerling bought all of that equipment just prior to the Oswego Race of Champions, and only had time to swap the seat and change the numbers. It makes sense, to me anyway, for him to leave the body as it was since the body hasn't been wrinkled yet.
Yes Patrick Emerling bought all of the Fuller equipment and according to AARN Emerling will run the full ROC Tour and yes the full WMT and run for Rookie of the Year in 2011.
