Man you got me on these Mayor , is it Kent in the Black 21 ? I am quite possitive that is Art Barry's car bt the way the number is . I have been going through the list of his drivers in my mind . I'll get the right one someday LOL.

Wow, the L21 is a tough one. The black Pinto has a big block w/goodyears @TIS and the white Cavalier has a small block w/M&H's...mmmm.... Are they the same driver in both (L21's)?

And, no, not George Summers. Before he started driving Arts #21's I believe. I helped on this car and if I remember correctly it was the first #21 following the #14 Capri, same driver at that time. I remember running at Martinsville back then. Bugsy, Fredie D., Richie, Charlie J., the Triechlers, Harry Gant, Paul Radford, Dick Dunn... ah, the good all days. Working on the cars back in the parking lot at the Dutch Inn.
