Southern Modified Crew Chief Jeff Riggs Passes Away

Jeff Riggs, of Viriginia's Riggs Racing family, passed away on Tuesday evening. Jeff was the crew chief for winning the cars on the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour driven by Junior Miller and Andy Seuss. Jeff grew up around the team, which was started in the 1960's by his father David, and grew to become an essential part of the operation.
