I'm hearing Nascar is checking the fuel on the WMT VERY closely from now on. A few teams are playing with the fuel I'm told. If caught they will be DQed.
Don't know how much closer they can check fuel. They take samples from the top 5 in post-qualifying and post-race tech. Any team cheating with fuel would obviously be in one of those two groups (unless they were involved in an accident). The officials both test the samples at the track and send them down to the R&D Center in Concord, NC.
