But he seemed downright giddy about the prospect of racing against Burt Myers in the SK Modified division at the Speedbowl next week. Burt Myers, one of the key characters on the History Channel reality show Madhouse, which documents a season in the Modified division at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C., said Saturday that he is looking at the possibility of racing an SK Modified next Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl. Rocco was ecstatic by the possibility. "He's racing at the Bowl?" Rocco said. "No. What's he driving? . . . That would be awesome. That would be real cool." Myers will be attempting to qualify for next weekend's Whelen Modified Tour season opening Icebreaker 150 at Thompson International Speedway. Speedbowl owner Terry Eames said Saturday that the track management is still working on finding a car for Myers to drive on Saturday night in Waterford. Rocco was ready to start negotiations with Myers. "We've got a backup car," Rocco said.
