Oh so very close. Everything is right except for the people right and middle. It is not Phil Evans Sr. (right person guess) and not Rosie Hall (middle person guess).

Okay I think I'll give a hint so that if you attend the Waterford Speedbowl enough to know some drivers.


Hint for the person on the right on the picture: He has raced in Late Models before. He started 3 races this season in a late model at the Speedbowl. One of his brothers races in the late models and his other brother races in the mini stocks. To make it even really easy both his brothers have won this season. Who is he?
