Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
Corey was not fired. I also read what AARN said but it is not true. As we have said all along Corey was to drive selected events. Caraway is not one of them. Corey said he would be at Caraway Sunday. The kid did an awesome job at Atlanta. And as for Caraway for the purse we are running for we cannot afford to run two cars. Corey will be back in the 19 again this year. Fired, one and done, I don't think so.
I would like to thank Sandra for taking the time to come on our Forum and post the TRUTH. RUMORS are a very important part of this site, BUT when they single out a certain person, car owner, or driver they need to be presented with FACT. What Corey accomplished in MY OPINION was nothing short of amazing. We also need to recognize the accomplishment of the entire HillBilly Racing Team. They took a first time driver to Victory Lane as well as winning the pole with two different drivers and cars.
Thank you once again Sandra, and congradulations to you and the entire Hillbilly Racing #19 and #79 teams.
