American Canadian Tour Late Model driver B.J. Piekarski was fined $1000 and placed on contingency probation for his actions earlier this month at Thunder Road. Piekarski had an on track altercation with Jerry Lesage that spilled over into the pits, with Piekarski's car making contact with Lesage's racer in the pit area. Contingency probation means any futher misconduct by Piekarski will result in a suspension for the remainder of the 2005 season and forfiture of all ACT championshio points.
