Twin Sate Speedway racer Walter Harris has passed away . Harris Took down a feature win Friday night , took his victory lap and then drove to an ambulance complaining of breathing problems . Last year Harris struck and killed a track worker at the same track . The Entire Whelen Modified 47 Team offer our condolences.
