KHI & RWI form alliance: ESPN reported during pre-race coverage that Kevin Harvick, Inc. and Rusty Wallace, Inc. have formed a technical alliance to work together the rest of the season. #66-Steve Wallace is driving a car this weekend that was built by KHI and the teams will share data and information.(7-10-2009)
