Driver Shane Hmiel, was fined $10,000, and docked 25 driver points for making an obscene gesture that was caught on his own in car camera on live tv. Hmiel, who triggered a multi car pile up late in the race after making contact with Dale Jarrett, was being confronted by Jarrett when the incident occured.
