no what i mean is like its just not fair wmt has been around so much longer the wsmt i think if wsmt should get mor races u should combine them to make the season longer the be able to see riverhead and bowmangrey
But like WMT said, the purses for a WSMT event are much lower, so there is more of an ability for a track to post the purse. Trust me, you don't want lower purses up here for the WMT, as owners are already losing a lot of money as it is on these events.
In a way, I think the lower number of races is good in a way. Maybe not so good for the NORTHERN Tour, but for the two TOURS in general. With more Northern teams competitng down South it has definitely stepped the competition up. Martinsville and the North/South Shootout prove that.
Also it has given drivers a chance to compete in Open competition events and on the other Tours. This in my opinion is good for Modified racing in a whole.
With rumors of races like the Thompson 300 returning in 2009, I really am not too upset by the lack of races on the schedule.
