Apparently, Nascar was a bit concerned with some of the "aerial acrobatics" that occured in the Truck Series event at the Daytona Speedway, and has made a rule change requiring that the trucks add "skirt flaps" on both side rocker panels, and larger cowl flaps to make them more stable and drivable.
