RULES INFRACTION(S): 1. Violation of Stafford Speedways SK ModifiedŽ Tire Rule.
2. Two (2) tires were found on the #52 SK ModifiedŽ, which were not in the drivers race inventory.
PENALTY(S): 1. For the first tire offense, the driver was penalized to the last place starting position in the 8-22-08 heat race and the driver was removed from the handicap and assigned the last place starting position for the 8-22-08 SK ModifiedŽ feature event. For the second tire offense, both penalties will be repeated for the drivers next event attended.
2. Loss of four (4) tire credits, penalized two (2) tire credits for each tire found on the #52 SK ModifiedŽ that were not in drivers race inventory.
