Reports have Salem Ct. hotshoe Corey Hutchings looking to run the full ACT late model tour this season. Fresh off a stellar 2004 season in which he garnered 15 wins along with track championships at Thompson and Waterford, as well as the NASCAR New England Short Track division championship. Hutchings is poised to take a run at the ACT rookie title in 2005. Hutchings will have competition from another Conneticut driver for the rookie title, as Dennis Botticello of Manchester will be taking over the driving duties of the potent Scott Fearn #03. Former driver Tom Fearn, Scott's cousin, is leaving the team to pursue other interests.
