Thank you Anon for posting this extremely sad news.  I recieved a call first thing this morning while at work informing me that he had passed away, and have just been in a state of shock since then.

I've known Jay ever since his Pro Stock division days at Stafford, and had spotted for him on a few occasions in the SK division at both Stafford and Waterford. And always was a big fan of his dad Ray.

Everyone here at Making Laps sends their heartfelt condolences to Ray, the entire Miller family, and the #09 SK Modified team.

I have to say that this one has hit me harder than most. Honestly I had hoped it was another bogus Annon post when I saw it yesterday. I remeber watching his father shock everyone winning the Thompson 300, and watching Jay himself progress through the ranks.

R.I.P. Jay, you will certainly be missed.
