Vintage pictures are up! Post guesses here!

Making Memories at MakingLaps.com

To add to the fun, we have raided Forum Member "Real Modified Fan's" Vintage Photo  collection.  Some of the photos are labeled, but we challenge you to see how many of the unnamed pictures that you can identify.  Some have hints, some are easy, and some are rather difficult.  Click on the link below for a direct connect to the pics.  If you know some or all of the answers, click on the "jump to forum link" above the pictures and post your answers here.  If one person can get them all in one shot, you get bragging rights!  Eventually there will be prizes! We will be bringing you more through the season as well as a Modern Era Photo Album.  Enjoy the memories.

We would like to thank Real Modified Fan for hooking us up with these great memories!  Feel free to send any vintage pictures to webmaster@makinglaps.com that you would like to see added to the albums!

Please notify us webmaster@makinglaps.com if you have any difficulties viewing these pictures.  This is a trial run and we need to know about any glitches!  Just bear with us...

Dick Caso and Dick Watson are correct.

Mr. Watson is missed by everyone who knew him, and what I'll personally miss the most about him, is those warm summer nights in the "Bowl" parking lot just listening to his stories.

Rest In Peace, Dick.

The "M" is Seabury Tripler - although they were never given credit for it, I believe this is the car that started the Pinto revolution

Hey all, we have put up several more new vintage pics, some with names, some that need to be guessed!! Plus, we still have some left that need to be indentified from the first edition! And also the first installment of tributes to racing family members, featuring Tony Mordino Sr. So there is a lot for your viewing pleasure!!

Here is the link from the original post at the top of this thread: www.makinglaps.com/customers.htm  just click on the link and when the pictures appear, use the arrows on the right hand side of the block of pictures to scroll side to side, then when you find the picture you want click on it, and it will blow up to full size. Enjoy!
