Nascar makes two rule changes for Nationwide Series in 2008

From Jayski.com:

NASCAR Announces Rules Changes for Nationwide Series: NASCAR has issued two major rules changes for the 2008 Nationwide Series season, both designed to save teams money. The first is a tapered spacer on the engine that will be used at all non-restrictor-plate races. The spacer acts like a restrictor plate, cutting horsepower and extending engine life. The second is a hold on the brake package teams use, meaning no upgrades to brake systems will be permitted in 2008.(SceneDaily.com)(1-16-2008)
