NASCAR Busch East Series champion Joey Logano has announced his plans for the 2008 season. Logano will drive in the NASCAR East Series at the beginning of the season before getting into a Joe Gibbs Racing entry in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (now known as the NASCAR Busch Series) starting with the May race at Dover. That will be the first event after Logano's 18th birthday - when he will be eligible to compete in any of the top three NASCAR divisions
