PASS Super Late Models and Modifieds at Speedway 95 Sunday
(Naples, ME August 22, 2007) After a great show in front of a full house last Sunday at Wiscasset Raceway, all the speed, excitement, and side-by-side racing by the biggest names in full-fendered racing in the northeast are back at Speedway 95 in Hermon, ME on Sunday afternoon August 26th at 2PM.
With his third at Wiscasset Ben Rowe extended his PASS Super Late Model Series points lead to a whopping 12 over his dad Mike who finished two spots back, and Johnny Clark parlayed his win at
Wiscasset into a move into third place, only 49 points back of Benjie as the season heads into the stretch run.
Scott Chubbuck in the Hight Chevrolet #77 is hoping to build on his strong second at Wiscasset to finish one better at Speedway 95 Sunday. And dont forget that Cassius Clark is back in a retro looking #8 and is looking to repeat his May win at Bangor after he bangs out a few fenders after getting caught up in a lap 102 wreck at Wiscasset.
Chris Staples took a big step toward another championship last week as he took the Friday night PASS Modified Series race at Riverside Speedway in Groveton, NH and followed it up with the win at Wiscasset Sunday afternoon. Chris extended his lead over Mark Lucas and Jason Taylor, but theres a lot of racing to go.
In addition to the PASS Super Late Models and Modifieds, the big Sunday afternoon show will feature the Speedway 95 Limiteds, Super Streets, Strictlys, and Sport 4s.
And all of this racing action is only $15 for adults, $10 for juniors age 12 17, $5 for kids 6 to 11, and kids under 5 are FREE.
