Hints. The driver of the #2RI was mostly known for his accomplishments at the Seekonk Speedway, and the driver of the #1x was known for his sucesses at the Thompson Speedway.

Wheels, the 1x is Joe Howard. No clue on the other, Richie.

You are correct Joe Howard was the driver of the # 1x Richie.

Hint. The driver of the #2RI also had a brother who raced and was very sucessful in the Pro Stock division at Seekonk and at other area tracks as well.

Well look's like we have a stumper on the #2RI.

Another hint, the driver was the 1988 Seekonk Pro Stock division champion.
