The driver in question has a total of 5 career Late Model feature event win's and finished a career highest 2nd in points all in the same year.

Can you name him, and the year he accomplished this in?

Hint time. The driver is no longer active, and had a brother who also was a Late Model competitor at Waterford during the same era has he was.

Ok, another hint on this one. The driver in question and his brother were teamates and after he retired from racing he continued on in racing as a crew chief for his brother.
