unfortunately, i think ur right. santos will be in the busch race at richmond friday night, and i could see why he would not make it. i talked to tony h. III earlier this year, and he said his dad wasnt too happy with the flash races, but would go to them if he was in the points. 17th place already over 100 points in the hole isnt too good. he just doesnt want to tear up his equipment at these bullrings.
