These two drivers were teammates the cars were owned by Cogdon's Garage in Chesterfield ct.

RMF, That's a tough one. Congdon had quite a few drivers, I take a shot and say Dick Beauregard and Bill Slater. Richie.

Gentleman Dick Watson also drove the Congdon cars. That's my guess for the other driver.
