I'm going to give it a shot and say that Larry Crandall is the owner of the car. It looks a lot like and has the same # as the one Larry drove.

All, The owner of this mods name is Sonny Brooks. I'am told he is the brother of the famed Dick Brooks "Brooksie" the own of the 651 mod and also Broad Street Chevron.
